Our industrial, Kosher kitchen serves as a hub for volunteers from all walks of life to come together, cook under the guidance of experienced chefs, and distribute meals to families in need across the city.
Many companies are reshuffling their agendas to place more emphasis on Corporate Social Responsibility. OBKLA offers a unique opportunity for organizations to get involved in giving back in a tangible way. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or a first-timer, cooking and packaging meals alongside your colleagues creates a powerful camaraderie, empathy, and fulfillment.
During your time in our kitchen, you will also get to hear first-hand from past volunteers and recipients about the positive impact your efforts are making on the community.

With your help, we prepared and distributed over 70,000 meals last year.

300 meals & 500 cookies made by your team
Program Itinerary

Arrival, check-in, and orientation with the session leader

Our talented chef will provide menu details and preparation instruction

Prepare entrees and homemade cookie dough

Assemble the meals in the prepared containers and packaging
